• Under the guidance of Mr. Ramesh Shah, Sterling Surgicals was started in 1989.
• He started his job in 1977 in Chimco Bio-Medical Engineers and then in Ajmera Bio-Medical Engineers.
• He had worked for Karl Storz in 90's and had taken training in German & Swiss factory, during the same period of time.
